Three ways to work with us

Repair your own parts, or order remanufactured ones

Choose the route that suits you: send in your injectors for remanufacturing, or order remanufactured units and return the old ones on delivery or against a deposit.

Variant 1

Remanufacture your own injectors or pumps

Seven steps from drop-off to a bench-tested part back in your hands.

7 steps
  1. Send us your parts After consulting our specialist, ship your injectors or diesel pumps by courier — or bring them in person — for testing.
  2. Strict diagnostics Our specialists run a strict, specialised diagnostic process to establish the real faults in the components.
  3. Report and offer You receive feedback on the defects found and a repair offer, and together we decide whether to repair your parts or supply remanufactured ones.
  4. Repair to standard Our team carries out the repair in line with the manufacturer’s technological requirements and standards.
  5. Testing and protocol After remanufacturing, every part passes quality control, and each injector or pump receives a bench-test protocol certifying the repair.
  6. Return shipping We dispatch and deliver the remanufactured parts back to you.
  7. Delivery and payment You receive your remanufactured parts and pay the agreed amount for the repair.

Variant 2

Order remanufactured, hand over the old parts on delivery

Four steps — your old parts travel back with the courier.

4 steps
  1. Place your order Order the remanufactured parts after consulting our specialist, or directly online — follow the checkout instructions for payment and delivery details.
  2. Final testing Before dispatch, every remanufactured part passes final testing and quality control, with a bench-test protocol issued for each injector or pump.
  3. Delivery We dispatch and deliver the remanufactured parts to you.
  4. Swap on delivery When you receive the parts, you hand your old injectors or pumps back to the courier. With cash on delivery, you also pay the agreed amount on receipt.

The deposit

The deposit, explained

What is a core?

The core is your old injector or fuel pump. Remanufacturing starts from a used unit, so remanufactured parts are supplied either in exchange for your old ones on delivery, or with a refundable deposit.

Why a deposit?

The deposit — €50 per injector and €150 per fuel pump — is not a fee. It simply makes sure the old unit comes back so it can be remanufactured. Return it and the deposit is refunded in full.

How the refund works

Send the old parts back within 30 calendar days of receiving your order, in the packaging the remanufactured parts arrived in. Once they arrive and pass inspection, the deposit is refunded within 3–5 business days, the same way you paid.

Payment methods

Cash on delivery, bank transfer, payment by invoice, cash, debit or credit card, or online payment.

All transport costs are paid by the buyer.

Old parts must be returned in the packaging of the parts you received.

Returning old injectors

What we accept — and what we cannot

We accept your old injectors and refund the deposit only if they have none of the following issues.

  • Not accepted: Mechanical damage

  • Not accepted: The injector has been dismantled

  • Not accepted: Damage to the injector body from improper use

  • Not accepted: Injector connector missing

  • Not accepted: Magnet unit missing

  • Not accepted: Nozzle missing

  • Not accepted: Strong corrosion

  • Required: Part number must be legible

Parts that do not meet these criteria are not eligible for a deposit refund and remain with us for eco-disposal.

Old parts must be returned in the packaging of the parts you received.

All transport costs are paid by the buyer.
