Warranty coverage
At Diesel Solution we stand behind the quality of our injectors and fuel pumps. All products carry a 1-year warranty, counted from the delivery date.
The warranty applies under normal, intended use and covers defects in materials and workmanship, and problems related to the production process. If a part does not work because of a manufacturing or factory defect, we repair or replace it free of charge.
What the warranty does not cover
- Improper use or abuse — damage caused by incorrect operation, impacts, drops, or other physical force.
- Incorrect installation — damage caused by not following the installation instructions or by using incompatible parts.
- A poorly maintained fuel system — failures caused by a contaminated fuel system, or by water, sediment, or other contaminants in the fuel.
- Damage caused by a defective fuel pump — for example metal particles from its moving components entering the system.
- Software changes to the vehicle's ECU — performance tuning, DPF/EGR removal, or other modifications void the warranty.
- Non-original fuel filters — damage caused by low-quality or non-original filters that do not provide adequate filtration.
- Damage caused by a faulty turbocharger — injectors with damaged or melted nozzles resulting from turbocharger failure or overheating.
- Normal wear and tear — the gradual decline in performance or appearance that comes with regular use.
- Modifications — products that have been modified, reworked, or opened by unauthorized persons.
- External factors — accidents, natural disasters such as floods or earthquakes, or unauthorized repairs by third parties.

Returns & deposit refunds
Old parts must be returned in the packaging the remanufactured parts arrived in, complete, and free of damage caused after delivery. Return transport is paid by the sender.
- €50 deposit per injector and €150 per fuel pump on remanufactured orders, unless the old parts are handed over on delivery.
- Return the old parts within 30 calendar days of receipt.
- Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after the parts are inspected and approved, using the payment method of the original order.
Wrong or unwanted parts. Please confirm compatibility before ordering — we check part numbers free of charge. Consumers in the EU may withdraw within 14 days of delivery and return unused parts in their original packaging at their own shipping cost; the price and standard delivery are refunded within 14 days of the part reaching us. Installed, coded or used parts, and orders placed by businesses, cannot be returned. We accept only removed, dismounted parts, not full vehicles.
Returning old injectors
What we accept — and what we cannot
We accept your old injectors and refund the deposit only if they have none of the following issues.
-
Not accepted: Mechanical damage
-
Not accepted: The injector has been dismantled
-
Not accepted: Damage to the injector body from improper use
-
Not accepted: Injector connector missing
-
Not accepted: Magnet unit missing
-
Not accepted: Nozzle missing
-
Not accepted: Strong corrosion

Parts that do not meet these criteria are not eligible for a deposit refund and remain with us for eco-disposal.
Old parts must be returned in the packaging of the parts you received.
All transport costs are paid by the buyer.
Important
- Please make sure the parts are compatible before ordering. Wrongly ordered injectors or pumps are taken back only under the 14-day consumer right of withdrawal; business orders cannot be returned.
- Warranty claims are reviewed within up to 30 working days.
- Repairs performed within the warranty period do not extend the warranty period.
- All warranty decisions are based on bench-test protocols, which are attached to the final report.
