Delivery coverage & couriers
We dispatch orders from our workshop in Sofia, Bulgaria and deliver across Bulgaria and to the EU countries served at checkout.
- Bulgaria: Econt courier, delivery usually within one business day of dispatch.
- Rest of the EU: tracked courier such as FedEx, typically 1–3 business days after dispatch depending on the destination.
Dispatch time & tracking
In-stock orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours on business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination and courier.
Once your order ships you receive a tracking number by email so you can follow the shipment.
Costs, cash on delivery & delivery issues
Bulgaria: delivery is free. Rest of the EU: one flat courier rate per order, shown at checkout before you pay. Return transport for old injectors is paid by the sender.
Cash on delivery is available within Bulgaria only.
If a parcel is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, contact us immediately. We open a claim with the courier and aim to resolve it within 5 business days; if it is not resolved by then, we send a replacement. Shipping costs caused by delivery problems are on us.
