2. Personal data we collect

Identity and contact data: name, address, email address, phone number.
Order and payment data: the parts you order, the vehicle you select, invoices, and payment confirmations. Card details are processed only by our payment providers and never stored by us.
Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, cookies and usage data.

3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

To process and fulfil your orders, including delivery, payment and the core-deposit refund — necessary for the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). To provide customer service and support and to improve our services — our legitimate interest in maintaining good customer relationships (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). To send you marketing communications about our products and services, only if you have given consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). To comply with legal obligations such as tax and accounting rules (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Who we share it with

Payment providers, to take payment securely; couriers (Econt in Bulgaria, FedEx and other carriers in the EU), to deliver orders and collect returns; Shopify, which hosts the store; analytics and marketing providers, only with your consent; and legal and tax authorities where the law requires. Every provider is bound by a data-processing agreement and appropriate security measures.

6. How long we keep it

Order and payment data: up to 10 years, as required by tax and accounting law. Marketing data: until you withdraw consent. Customer-service correspondence: up to 3 years after the last contact.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may access your personal data, have it corrected or deleted, object to or restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format, withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal), and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Bulgaria, the Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg). 8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.

9. International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on EU-approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

10. Children

The store is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
